To the investors developing residential buildings / complex for sale or rent, we provide personalized furniture packages directly to the investor or to end customers in partnership with the developer. Furniture packages can be adapted per different residential units, and are priced approximately:
One - bedroom apartments from €10.000
Two - bedroom apartments from €15.000
Three - bedroom apartments from €20.000
At client’s request we can provide personalized furniture packages in line with the agreed budget.

We can offer a support in different design phases:
In one or more phases of the architectural design, interior design, development of technical documentation, development of 3D model, CGI’s (computer generated images), 360 degree panoramic view, animation, furniture specification, project budgeting and furnishing budgeting.
We offer a support and partnership approach as a join venture in front of your clients, in any phase of the described services.
